Surface functionalization for membrane window chips is an area of increasing importance for liquid and gas cell experiments, and we’re excited to support research in the area in partnership with Dune Sciences.  The exclusive collaboration combines Hummingbird’s specialized liquid and gas cell chips with Dune Sciences’ full range of patented surface functionalization abilities, based on experience in surface chemistry and focus is something we appreciate and complements our strength in micro and nanofabrication capabilities. Making use of Dune’s expertise in surface chemistry and our own background in micro- and nanofabricaton, these functionalized liquid– and gas-cell chips extend the capabilities of the Hummingbird Scientific’s TEM holders.
